When the camera cannot receive smooth WiFi signals, there may be anomalies in the transmission of video streams.

  1. Restart the router (unplug the power adapter from the router and reinsert it).
  2. Restart the camera.
  3. Switch the image clarity to standard definition within the app.
  4. We suggest that you move the camera close to the router for use or install a signal amplifier device between the router and the camera.
