When the camera cannot receive smooth WiFi signals, there may be anomalies in the transmission of video streams.
- Restart the router (unplug the power adapter from the router and reinsert it).
- Restart the camera.
- Switch the image clarity to standard definition within the app.
- We suggest that you move the camera close to the router for use or install a signal amplifier device between the router and the camera.
