What to do if i forget my password for the monitoring device?

If you forget the password:

1. On the app’s device list interface, long-press the device with the wrong password and select “Delete.”
2. Locate the reset button on the device, press it, and hold it for 6-8 seconds. The device will automatically restore factory settings (usually with a voice prompt).

3. Refer to the user manual or instructional video to reconnect to the network. Once successful. Set a new password.
