Frequent camera offline/card freezing/delay?

When the camera cannot receive a stable WiFi signal, anomalies may occur in the video stream transmission.

  1. Restart the router (unplug the router’s power adapter, then plug it back in).
  2. In the app, switch the image clarity to AUTO or SD mode.
  3. We recommend moving the camera to a location closer to the router or installing a signal amplifier device between the router and the camera.
  4. If none of the above steps work, please contact customer service for further assistance.
