When the camera cannot receive a stable WiFi signal, anomalies may occur in the video stream transmission.
- Restart the router (unplug the router’s power adapter, then plug it back in).
- In the app, switch the image clarity to AUTO or SD mode.
- We recommend moving the camera to a location closer to the router or installing a signal amplifier device between the router and the camera.
