(2)The distance between the device and the router is too far. It is recommended to install it within 10 meters of the router;
4G network:
(1)Determine if the network is not good, and try playing videos on your phone to see if it is lagging;
(2)lf there is a lag in 4G, one of the reasons is that the server bandwidth is insufficient. We suggest that customers try again at a different time and switch to smooth mode
2. Is the device program the latest program? Note: The reason is that the remote access frame rate is 6 frames, which the customer does not accept. Returns and exchanges are required
