After attempting to connect, if you find that you connect:
- Check if the router and device are too far apart. Generally, they should be within 1 meter.
- Ensure that the device is in the waiting-for-connection state, with the voice prompt “waiting for a connection.”
3. Troubleshoot WiFi issues:
-Check if you are using 5GHz WiFi. You can try turning off 5GHz WiFi through router settings and avoiding using the same WiFi name for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
-Verify that the WiFi password is entered correctly. Re-enter the correct password and try connecting again.
-Make sure the WiFi name does not contain Chinese characters or special symbols and that the WiFi password does not contain special symbols. If they do, it is recommended that the M be modified.
- Check if you are using an ONT, gateway, bridge, or enterprise-level router.
4. If the above steps are unsuccessful, configure the router settings (after configuring the router, it is recommended to power off and restart the router):
-Disable guest networks.
-Check if the device management has disabled the device
-Verify if the router’s connected devices have exceeded the limit.
- Perform a factory reset and try reconnecting.
